In our tool grinding section, we use a high precision surface and profiling grinding machine from BLOHM. With surface tool grinding technology we can achieve the absolute flatness that is required in injection mold, die casting mold plates, and also in die tools cutting components. Roughness in μm degree is possible.
Workpieces with dimensions up to 1200 x 600 x 500 mm are possible to grind with absolute accuracy. Our tool grinding section offers to our customer’s accurate tool grinding, as a part of tool repair or scheduled maintenance program, of our Die – Mold Repair section. We have the ability to regrind dies, molds, dies tools and punches, with necessary taper angles, and also we can make profile grinding for special applications.
